My family moved to St Marys, Georgia going on 6 years ago now. The real estate office I currently work in Royal-Skies Realty is located in Kingsland, Ga. I have four children and find myself very dedicated to family not only my own family but I seem to adopt other families as well and it is just like having a family that keeps on growing and growing. I love it! I chose the real estate profession in order to spend more time with my own family but also to help serve others. I enjoy helping others and working with others so that means part of my job comes very naturally to me. The truth is I love spending time with others and over the years it seems others such as my past clients feel the same way about me. I attend church at one of the local churches here in St Marys. Georgia and I find that there are certain people that I seem to naturally attract to me and more often than not those groups of people are older than me. By older I don’t just mean the elderly but those that are age 40 and older. My husband and I have a lot of friends in this age group and we love spending time with them. At church I enjoy going on trips with the Senior Citizens and going to a variety of functions for them such as singing at the retirement home, or the assisted living home, or delivering food to them, or doing household things that need to be done and they are not able. I like to carry this type of servant hood over into my real estate career so that when you are ready to buy a home, begin your retirement in St Marys, Ga or maybe you want to retire in Kingsland, Ga then you won’t be surprised to find when you start working with me that I can easily become like one of your own children or grandchildren. Let’s say you want a vacation home in St Marys or you are looking for the quaint living in downtown then you might consider looking at the town homes(others call condominiums) in the downtown area underneath old oak trees while you enjoy the marsh view out your window this is the Marsh Arbor development. When you consider a real estate move to Kingsland, Ga or St Marys, Ga the possibilities are endless you will also want to check out master planned communities such as Winding River which is complete with everything from the Savannah Club to its own network just for its residents. You may also be looking for new construction in one of our new neighborhoods such as Victoria’s Landing (an Oscar Wells) built home or you may be looking for a custom built home and we have a superior customer base of custom builders in St Marys and Kingsland.
